Great shampoo, no idea about conditioner bc of packaging flaws

I finally got the shampoo to stop spraying like a firehose all over the shower (seriously- it was projectile worthy of a fire brigade), and love the shampoo for smooth curls/waves, so thought I would try the conditioner. The bottle just won't dispense - no matter what I try. I'll try returning it to the place where I purchased it, but seems like they need to get their packaging right. I intentionally went for the recyclable aluminum bottle (and the fact that it is safe on color-treated hair) but get the dispenser right, folks!

Love this product… but…

I love this conditioner and have used it in the past. Last time I ordered 2 and some other products as well. however, only one of them is dispensing the product, the other one seems to be defect and I can push any which way (and others have tried as well) nothing comes out. Very disappointed. Too much trouble to return it though.
