DAMAGES

We do our best to ensure our products are packaged carefully to prevent damage. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@forevernatural.com with your order number and a photo of the damage so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

After orders leave our facilities, Urban Spa is not responsible for the loss of a parcel, delivery errors, or damaged parcels. Please ensure your shipping information is up to date before finalizing your order.
